Interesting game! A lot could've been improved, but still pretty cool!

I like the idea you've got here and all of the assets (sound, graphics, etc.) look really nice but I think it's missing just like one or two things. If you could add background music that'd be great and maybe play around with the character controller a little so that it feels smoother. Overall it was fun and I'm glad it runs in browser too.

Great premise to fit with the theme. Had some issues in that I could run into the water (not sure if that was by design) and the character didn't always face the way I was moving. Also kept getting stuck on any kind of debris regardless of size. Fix these issues and I could see potential for making this a sellable mobile game. Similar ones (like "Hole IO") exist and I think you could fit into that market.

Funny premise, certainly a chaos-themed game, good job.

Some points of improvement

- I felt movement was a bit off

- While toppling down whole buildings, I got stuck on the smalles possible bit of debree - which took away quite some fun.

Still though, great job making this entry!

Really nice idea and execution, you could probably polish the movement a little bit same as the pickup colliders for the object, overall nice submission

Please rate my game as well if you have time

I get stuck too easily. But Maybe like a sandbox game mode would also be nice, so I can destroy as much as I want! But other than that it is pretty nice submission!

The visuals are pretty nice! The gameplay feels a bit lacking, but this could definitely make for a fun game with some more ideas and some polish. Nice job :)

Cool aasets and mechanics. The throwing animation is kinda wanky. For some reason I can move the chaos left and right with the mouse? I loved throwing buildings around, maybe adding some npc's to stop you would be awesome, like on king kong.

Nice game,  I can throw buildings. It's a dream come true

wow, this was so satisfying, especially when it comes to destroying skyscrapers, I reached almost 2900 meters in height, overall the game was fun to play.

11/10, I can moonwalk! Destroying things is fun, though it feels a bit awkward to control. The graphics are awesome though, good job!

cathartic little game! felt like godzilla playing this one haha

Developer

Thanks for your comment! Maybe next time it will become superman instead XD

It was fun destroying stuff, but the overall mechanics are a little janky. The biggest things I'd recommend are to make walking be based in the direction that you're facing and to make chaos go up when anything is destroyed. But I had a good time messing with the physics, so nice job making t in a week!

It be great if you could check out my game too. Thanks!

Developer

Thanks for your comment! There are still some unpredictable bugs or snapping that I didn't know how to solve. I will take your ideas and somehow fix them later!

Submitted(+1)

I noticed you could only get the chaos meter to go up with throwing stuff. Would been better if it welt up when stuff broke when i walked into them

Developer

Thanks for your suggestion!

The chaos meter goes up whenever any objects in the world change from static to non-static. Once it's non-static, the object would never affect the chaos meter anymore. So when the player first crashes into the object, the chaos meter should go up a little bit.

This is the first game I actually played longer than 5 minutes, and I don't regret it one bit.

Thank you!  Your comment made my day. Glad that you enjoy my first game jam project!

A little bit buggy, but a lot of fun to play. Reminds me of those mobile games where you tear apart cities.

Developer

Thanks for your comment!

My inspiration actually comes from a mobile game (I forgot its name), which a black hole moves around the city and sucks every building it goes through. So fun and I spent a full day destroying the city.
