I like it, it got very chaotic when the screen rotated. The sound effects were a bit too loud.

Awesome concept! Enjoyed the game :)

This is a great concept and the art was really cool with the shape-shifting enemies. The game was very chaotic, which fit the theme but the sounds were a little annoying. I couldn't tell what was what and it was pretty distracting. Other than that, solid game.

Hi, I like the concept of this game and the changing viewpoints as that gives it something more unique.  The sound effects could do with some tinkering as I didn't like the firing noise which was a little too high pitched for me.  I also found the bullets are quite slow to move across the screen, would be good to speed up that element of the gameplay.  I do like the morphing ships - that's a nice touch and to pull this together in a week is a great effort - well done!

Did the firing sound bother you or is it the impact sound from the shots?

Do you mean we should speed up some of the slower enemy bullets?

I've just given it another whirl and I think it's actually the enemy ship spawning sound rather than the firing noise that's at quite a high pitch.

Yes to the enemy bullets, it just feels like some of them move quite slowly in relation to the player - worth experimenting to get pace vs difficulty.  Perhaps faster bullet patterns but more waves of them?  Just a suggestion to experiment with perhaps?

Very cool concept! I liked the transforming ships

I like the graphics and the overall look and feel. I think the beginning is a little difficult to get through. Other than that I liked the change of camera direction and the song in the menu was nice too. Great job!

The music is great! Fun to play! It was hard to get health!

A very cool game ! I think that making the collision box bigger for the health pickup would be better. Also I really like how the spaceships transform during its flight. Also you should definitely decrease the difficulty in the beginning and have it gradually build up. Never the less, its a quite accomplishment for making this in 7 days (maybe even less). The BGM is also nice :)

The bullet sound tho XD

Developer

I think the reason the pickup is hard to grab is because we made the player's collision really small to dodge more easily. Making the pickup's collision larger would solve the problem though. Thanks!

The regular approach for bullet hells is different triggers in different parts of the ship.

This is a fun little bullet hell shooter. The only thing that needs a big makeover in my opinion is the sound, though.
