In what way does your game fit the theme?
The player gets stronger & heavier when eating pizza. By eating the pizza, the protagonist becomes stronger with the pizza and causes a wall to open when enough pizza is eaten, which helps the protagonist progress!

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All of them, except for the background music, which can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wotOnGQrJW8&t=22s.

The idea not bad, but it's way too difficult to get very far.

Pretty nice game, I like your pixel art and audio choice. In my opinion, the game could be a bit easier, especially at the beginning, and you could try adding some animations :)

Thank you very much for the nice comments and the constructive feedback! After watching others play it, I also realized that the difficulty curve is wayyyy too high. I also had animations, but I encountered many bugs with them near the end of development, and couldn't fix those bugs in time, so I just disabled the animations.
