You can go back in time and take help from your past self. Don't be seen by it though, it resets you back

Congrats on yr first jam! i think i encounter a bug where i got stuck inbetween the toggling wall. other than that its cool idea :). Oh maybe you could use zoom in a little more

The game's puzzles where designed well, however, I will say that it was really hard to pick up how to pass the first level. The core mechanic wasn't immediately clear. But I did like the idea and your take one it. With some better art and sound design, this would be a great game :)
