You can compile it at your leisure.
Also please upload the build aka the .exe and not the source code. Depending on your compiler it will be stored in bin/Debug or Release.
Don't get frustrated keep programming and you will be at a presentable level in half a year.

I feel like he is rating the games without even playing them, which is a total a$$hole move to get ratings for your game. We need the mods to see this.
