I like the eerie atmosphere and the dark nature of the game.  I think the base skeleton enemies should only take 1 hit to kill as the punch timing takes some getting used to.

I wasn't sure how to open the chests.  I think I did it by accident on my first run but then I couldn't get them open on my second.

Gotta love yourself a good inevitable-death zombie game :D

Really fun game! It has a very creep aesthetic

Really cool concept. I like the sound design in the game is amazing makes the whole place feel eerie. The combet would feel better if we could rotate while holding down attack.

Developer

Thanks for playing ! Yea i agree about the turning around, but once you get used to it its not as big of a problem, it adds some dificulity to the dark eerie environment .

The game is really fun! I loved how the jumping was designed to fit the camera angle

The  sound design was very pleasing. I also liked the fighting mechanic, although not being able to change the aim direction after pressing attack was a little frustrating at the start.
My Secret Tip: You can Jump while charging attacks. This triples your movement speed! And there's something about Jumping like a madman with a machete at the ready that feels just right.
I stopped playing after reaching a secton, where the same two rooms where endlessly repeating themself.  Was there an alternate path, that I missed?

Developer

Thanks for playing ! There were room where you were supposed to backtrack, that is not continue moving forward but going back, then you would appear in new room. You can also check the Walkthrough that we added in the Project page to help.

Developer

There are a few places with the recursive rooms, and there are ways of escaping them :)
Also yes, the game has a bit of non-linearity, so there was an alternative path.

I defeated the bones and archers! I enjoyed exploring enemies and treasure chests with light. Jumping was also thrilling:)

Jumping in this kind of game was novel. I found the platforming levels with archers were quite brutal. The last part was very satisfying though, just blasting through hordes of skeletons.

The movement and visuals remind me somewhat of gta 1/2.
Overall fun game, but the combat is kinda janky (i often attack to the wrong side and being unable to rotate while holding attack is annoying)

Nice entry Lelouch ! i found myself holding the mouse button down all the time, waiting for someone to appear in the corner xD

Developer

Haha :D Thanks to all our team :D i was just the Pixel guy. Yea i agree i have seen my friends and others play :D after the first painful encounters they always precharged the attacks :D

Took some time to realize that I need to hold the mouse button for the melee attack. But once I realized that, the attack was so satisfying!

Nice game that firing gun is so satisfying. Good art work too.

It was quite fun. Congratulations.

The dungeon's design and difficulty are very good. Unfortunately, I wasted both of my bullets trying to use it, which was a bit disappointing. I had to defeat the two monsters in the next section using basic attacks :)

The character assets and overall visual art are also nice.

Developer

Thanks you for playing ! The start is a bit difficult but later in game there are more chests with much more bullets and health packs.
