Congratulations on the game!

At first, I didn't understand the game at all. But the visual art caught my attention. After playing around with it for a while, I understood the mechanics. A mini tutorial or at least some visual clues would be great for players unfamiliar with the "BackpackBattler" style.

However, after understanding the game, I started reading the descriptions of each item individually and developing strategies based on them. Honestly, I enjoyed it.

I played the web version and didn't encounter any bugs.

Congratulations on the game!

I really liked the concept and its execution. I wish I could have held down to move my character instead of tapping repeatedly. And in the first level, I couldn't get out of the room (kitchen?) I entered to steal the fridge because an "invisible wall" appeared on the way and prevented me from going back.

The visual design is quite nice, I liked the level design, it's not a simple game. If we had a rough minimap of the house we entered to rob, we could have developed strategies to make the best use of the limited time. Considering the limited time of this game jam, it's not something I would give negative points for. But I hoped it would have been included.

Congratulations on the game!

I thought it was a simple game, but I only managed to get a maximum of 5500 points :) I couldn't get past the second level, but I'll keep trying. It's frustrating and makes you want to try again and again.

I played on a widescreen monitor. I didn't encounter any bugs. The music is very nice and I think it suits the game's fast pace. The rapidly flowing ground becomes hypnotic after a while. I usually lost the game because of this :)

Thank you. I'm glad you liked it. I'll take your comments about the subtitle speed into consideration. Actually, the game has character voiceovers, but since they're AI-generated, I couldn't send them to Jam. Instead, I added them as subtitles. Apparently, I didn't polish them very well.

Thank you for your comments. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm continuing to work on it and refine it. I have no experience in game development, but I hope I can manage to bring what I envision to life in the game :)

Thanks for your comments. I had to finish the game quickly because Jam's submission deadline was approaching. However, I'm still working on it and polishing it. I hope I can create the game I envision :)

Congratulations! It was fun. Level 3 was a bit complicated :) But overall I liked the level designs/visual art. Simple, clean, and fun.

Let me start with the music. It's fantastic. I don't know what else to say.

I really liked the game's atmosphere and concept. The game is very short (naturally, due to the game jam time limit), I wanted to play a bit longer. Maybe we could have continued the story by interacting with the flashlight on the ground or the man standing there, but nothing happened when I tried to interact.

The lighting in the game is beautifully used. Congratulations.

The first level was frustrating. You're trying to hit small, fast moving dots. The game sped up as you got upgrades. So the fun increased linearly, but I almost quit at the first level :)

The sound effects are good. I didn't encounter any bugs in the game (up to the level I played). It's not just a "clicker" game; the inclusion of a helpful "ball" is interesting. It adds depth to the game.

Congratulations.

No. I'm not being sarcastic :) I'm just aware that this is a game jam with a time limit. So I'm not bothered by bugs that aren't too annoying :) And I haven't encountered any massive bugs that would break/ruin the game. I didn't play all puzzles.

I stuck at the same place :( when I try to "wallrun", the character just jumping outside of the playable area or jumping to the roof of the building .

Yes, I finally figured out the mechanics, maybe a few visual clues would be helpful. I played the game all the way through and really enjoyed it. The story and the environments were very interesting. I had fun playing it. I was also trying to create a "museum with living paintings." The way each painting transitions to a different room/atmosphere in your game is very nice.

I didn't encounter any bugs while playing. Congratulations!

Hey, I record a video for you, I hope it helps:

I liked the atmosphere and the story. Although I couldn't quite understand why, it gave me the feeling of the game "Supraland" :)

I need help. The game and the concept really intrigued me. I want to play it, but I haven't been able to. First of all, I didn't understand the inventory system at all. I thought that any item I picked up would be automatically equipped. I only understood from reading the comments that I have to press keys like 1, 2, 3 to change items. I found the mirror and the first box opened. But now I don't understand the mechanics/mini-game here. Is this some kind of radar? Should I use it to search for something in the room? (web version)

Being strange is the new normal :)
I liked the idea. The game is soo hard but no bugs or other issues. Congratz.

Some Monuments Valley vibes :)

The level designs are nice, and I didn't encounter any bugs while playing. Congratulations.

I really, really liked the level design. I didn't see any bugs. It looks well-polished. Congratulations.

I liked it, congratulations!

The environment is interesting, and the visual design is very nice. A background ambient music would have been great; listening to noise for so long was tiring. Also, a minimap or a running feature would have been good because I kept getting lost on the maps. But of course, we shouldn't forget the jam's time limit, I'm rating the game while keeping it in the mind.

Overall, I liked the game. Congratulations.

Hi, is the ability to hang suspended in the air and move around when we fall off a bug or a feature? :) Jumping onto some platforms is very difficult. Am I missing a game mechanic?

The game's atmosphere, rain effects, and background music are very nice. I see interesting objects on the platforms. However, I never managed to reach them :( I missed experiencing many things in the game. I've made a note to play it again.

Congratulations on the game.

Hello mikuel,

Here is my first 3D+2D story game, Paintings Museum. https://rooftop-online.itch.io/paintings-museum-ambiance-horror-game

A museum floating in the space and a creepy curator hides something from you.

It was a lot of fun. I liked it. I tried to run away from the other guy the whole game. Turns out he was harmless?

I couldn't find the right door, I tried every door I saw. I wouldn't say no to a few hints :)

Congratulations!

I saw the "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" reference and jumped into it :) It was fun to swing my sword like a madman in the battle. I wish the camera was a little higher in the spaceship flybys because it was a bit difficult to see the incoming objects.

The visuals (specially battle area) was very good and fit with the game's theme. I liked it.

Congratz for the submission.

or a better visual/audio artist :)

It's an interesting game. I liked the concept. The atmosphere is also very good. In the Tundra, enemies don't react to the bullets when we shoot them, but considering the time limit of the game jam, expecting that will be a bit unfair. Many so-called AAA games can't even achieve a good "shooting feel" :)

Mechanics like hunger and thirst aren't difficult at first; they get you used to the game.

Looting is a bit difficult because our character can't look completely down. I mean, I approach the loot, then realize the character can't look that far, move away from it a bit, and that's how I can loot.

I enjoyed playing it. Unfortunately, I couldn't play it to the end (I'll replay it). I haven't seen end of the game. But I've added this game to my list to play again. Congratulations.

Congratulations! It was a fun game. I played the web version, and my computer mouse doesn't hide when the game starts. But that didn't spoil the fun.

In one room I entered, there were "Hand" monsters behind two doors. Was there anything I could do in that room, or was it a game over?

I always hate printers for my whole life :)
Very good visual art, and a good concept. In the beginning it was a bit difficult to understand what's happening because that long "How to Play" box scared me. And it's so difficult to keep the bar in green area when paper stuck, because at the moment I click/hold on the paper it jumps the bar jumps to the red area. But after a few practice I get used to it.
Congratz, very good game.

A game that seems simple and familiar evolves into one with many different mechanics and puzzles. Fantastic. Congratulations.
Note: The sound slider is not working. I set it to the zero but still SFXs are there.

I really liked the idea and its execution. It was fun. The visual design and animations are very impressive. Congratulations.

I wish we could also select APPROVE/REJECT during the ID check screen. Switching between the queue camera and the ID check camera interrupts the flow of the game. No serious bugs (Even though I muted all sounds in the game settings at the very beginning, there was sound during the intro. The sound stopped once the game started).

Sick visual arts! Congratz.

I didn't encounter any significant bugs. Sometimes, even though I was looking at the door, I couldn't interact; I needed to be looking from the exact right angle. I think it's a collider issue. The eye-closing mechanic is also well thought out. The overall atmosphere of the game made me quite tense. I found it very successful. Congratulations.

Thank you for your comments. I'm still developing rest of the game. There will be 6 rooms + a secondary room with different puzzle dynamics. For the jam, I had to cut out many things :(

Beautiful. Nice and compact design. It's a "room designing puzzle". Congratz.

Ultra clean design. I liked puzzles. In the level after the DO NOT PRESS puzzle, if you spam the right and left buttons quickly enough, you can walk through the door with bars. Not sure if it was a bug or it was the point of that puzzle :)

Congratulations, it's a really good game.

I liked the game's story and visual art. Congratulations. I wanted to continue playing. However, I don't think it's a good idea for our character's dialogue window to pop up and fill the entire screen. Because dialogues keep popping up, completely disrupting the flow and continuity of the game. Perhaps it would be better if we could stay in the game during some dialogues?

Congratulations on the game.

No, I already found the second one. I couldn't find the third one. Also, I assumed the lock would open automatically if I entered all the numbers correctly, but it turns out the text at the bottom is a button and we have to click it :) I solved it through trial and error and continued to the next room.

Btw, the game doesn't have any serious flaws. Aside from what I mentioned above, it's a polished game. The quality of the visual art saves the flaws :)

No, I meant I hate flies in RL that's why I loved to start with killing some flies :)

Thanks. Maybe it will be more fun if we can hold the right mouse to keep changing the gravity direction while flying (falling?)

How big is this map?! Congratz. I really liked it, it has Stanley's Parable vibes. It was a bit laggy in the beginning (Web build) but next levels/maps are smooth.  I couldn't compelte yet but added it to my list, will definitely play again to see the end.
10/10 for narrative :)
