Pretty fun and definitely funny, I just wish the shooting was longer range or not automatic. Good job though!
The theme worked and well done for creating your own graphics. I think the bullets could shoot a bit faster.
Cool game, I think the upgrades could be a bit more readable but overall it's fun to play and the sounds are funny and fitting
Thank you for your game! I’m oftern bored by shoot-em-all games in jams (because they are oftern hard to play), but this one was quite enjoyable. I’m not sure if it’s because of the butter or the cool biscuit guy, but I had fun playing. The tempo is rather relaxing, but I don’t mind it at all. I like the idea with heating spirals as static killing zones.
I like the concept, and the way health gets used. It would be nice polishing to indicate what health is added or substracted when hovering over the upgrades.
Also the text was sometimes hard to read. I would have really enjoyed if it was more fast paced and a bit harder.
I loved the use of risking your health for upgrades! really fun.
Nice concept! A few things are that Godots web builds can have problems with animations, which is what I think happened when the biscuit boy turned into a black square during shooting. Some changes I would make to take this from butter to BUTTER would be:
It's a really solid demo with a lot you can build off of it, hopefully you keep working on this and expand the gameplay!
I love the theme. I was wondering what those stove-like object will do at first, but upon I saw that squishy butter(had to mention, I love the butter's animation so much), everything became nice and clear. I also laughed while I enter the lose scene and it told me I "got buttered". Such a lovely game!
The sfxs are fun :D
I love the concept and art, nice job.
i see some potential if you had polished it a little more
controls are a bit confusing too, but the idea itself is great
My biscuit got buttered! The controls were confusing at first. It took me way to long to realize that the guns shoot on their own if you are close enough to the butter. I would just run the guys over the stove in the meantime. If you are going to have the guns auto shoot I would recommend have them firing all the time on a timing even if the bullets arent going to hit anything (similar to a vampire survivors like game. Great job making a game!
The SFX are hilarious. More enemy variety and impact would be nice. Taking damage and dealing damage doesn't have too much juice. It's a bit flat.
Good work!
It reminded me a lot of Brotato hahaha. I would like to be able to control the gun and shoot on my own, maybe more enemies too, but good work!
I love the character animations! Funny sfx too, and it's very satisfying to kite a big group of enemies
I like the mad cookie face. I like the shotgun. The butter sticks should die like with 2 to 3 gunshots. Good groundwork.
I really liked the art !
The idea was fun and well designed however, I didn’t really get how to play…
Hahaha, such a good game. I played for an unreasonably long time trying to see if there was a limit to the guns I could wield. I had so many friggin’ guns! Good job on this one!
overall its a fun game but did take a while to figure out how the game works cuz though u had to manually shoot and while to figure out that the stove looking things damage the player. I feel like the range is a bit low (if it was a upgrade option mb) but i liked it 9/10
edit: I REALLY LIKE THE DEATH SCREEN
