How does the game fit the theme?
In order to finish, you can't hit any obstacles. You can rewind time, if you can react fast enough, and correct your mistakes in order to make the perfect run. After all, nothing can go wrong if you simply undo your mistakes.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I based the rewind functionality off of someone else's rewind plugin, but I re-wrote several sections and customized multiple parts to make it my own and serve my needs. I also made use of a single open game art asset: https://opengameart.org/content/glow-arrow
That I did not have time to replace. Every other sound asset, model, texture and line of code was created during the jam period.
