Sorry for the delay! Love this so much and the theme is so obviously brilliant yet no one else thought of it, well done!

Love the unique theme, and the game plays quite well. All the minigames are really fun, even if there aren't too many and they get a bit repetitive really fast.
The presentation is awesome and all the little handwritten notes really add to the atmosphere! Same with the scribbly hand drawn art, really cool.
So cool. I must admit I haven't quite figured out how the scoring works or how I'm supposed to lose the "deckbuilding" phase (I just called it quits after getting like 1000 points) but gambling for a deck of ingredients and then playing black jack with that deck to bake your cookies is an awesome idea and well executed.
The art is really cool as well, especially love how tasty the baked biscuits look!
Hey this is great! Love the visuals (probably the best looking 3d game I've played so far) and the music is surprisingly nice as well! The theme fits and is well implemented. Unfortunately it's struggling a bit to run on my laptop and I got a bit sick, will try it again once I have access to my pc again.
The startup with all the logos is hilariously slow, if it's some elaborate joke it's definitely very funny. If not they definitely have to be skippable haha.
Yeah things could definitely be a bit more clear.
Loosing all your men is probably the most frequent way a game over happens. While digging it's probably the skull that got you. That one is very rare and only starts appearing once you digged down quite far but it kills 20 of your guys. Hope you have a bit more fun the second time around :)
Thank you for playing!
Whenever you run out of moves you can go to camp and then rest at the campfire! You can then continue your expedition on the next "day" where you get another 3 moves. If you go back to town (shop) the expedition completely resets!
Digging is all about pushing your own luck, the longer you keep digging the more likely you are to find the most valuable treasures. But the chance of digging up cursed items (which drain your stats, can lead to game over if any of them reaches 0) increases as well!
Really fun and tough as nails. The photos at the end add a nice touch, even if two of them are empty haha. Love how you can play it solo/coop without changing the game at all. (Edit: omg i just realized you can move the pans up and down lmao, makes it quite a bit easier.)
I think the pan's acceleration doesn't reset when reaching the edge of the zone? Feels a bit weird and almost like it's stuck for a moment. (Had the same keyboard issues someone else mentioned, took me a moment to figure out what buttons those would be on mine. Only a minor gripe tho.)
Btw I remember your game from the last jam! That was a really great submission as well!
Yeah it's definitely tricky. I really enjoy the nested tooltips popularized in recent paradox games. Let's you go as far down the rabbithole as you like.
Thanks for the idea! I think completely revamping the tooltip system goes against the spirit of the game jam but I just decreased the timer a fair bit. :)
Thank you for the kind words!
Once no moves remain you can go to camp via the button in the bottom right. From there you can set the daily rations and then go to sleep by pressing on the campfire! Things can definitely get a bit confusing with no tutorial but the tooltips (on hover on game elements) should help alleviate some of the confusion :)
