The core gameplay revolves around playing card games with a demon - risky ! Getting the best score when baking often means risking losing your biscuit!

Everything was made by our team, but our talented music producer sampled a sound, which we've credited in the description.

So cool. I must admit I haven't quite figured out how the scoring works or how I'm supposed to lose the "deckbuilding" phase (I just called it quits after getting like 1000 points) but gambling for a deck of ingredients and then playing black jack with that deck to bake your cookies is an awesome idea and well executed.

The art is really cool as well, especially love how tasty the baked biscuits look!

A very sweet game! I have to say a the beginning I couldn't figure it out at all. I was about to give up on the game but I read your description and then I got it. at the point the game was very enjoyable and it was so cute to see all the cookies I could make depending on the different ingredients, very clever game!!

Thank you so much! Unfortunately we ran out of time for a playable tutorial and had become blind to how confusing the game was. Thankfully we were able to provide some instructions on the Itch page but if we develop the game further we will definitely work on clarity and adding a tutuorial :)

I like the mechanics/theme and it was not too hard to figure out what to do. Good luck!

the game’s concept has one of these viral simulation + cozy game vibes to it. my only problem was with the tutorial, really couldn’t figure out what exactly i should’ve done, but after i got the hang of it, it became pretty cool if you want to continue on making the game maybe concider making the risk/reward system a bit more significant. make more cookies (obviously) and with a proper economy system, the game would be perfect! also don’t forget about a playable tutorial

Nice art style :)

I'm not sure if I figured out how to play ingredients poker, but I generally got to round 10 so that's nice. :D Baking was much easier to figure out. ;)

It's a well made Gamjam game, though I don't have the patience to finish all 7 days of it 😅. But a good job nontheless!

Funny how different directions a "bakery but also gambling" ideas can go - as that's where we started, too.
