Interesting concept, probably hard to make it in a week so well done, I think a bit more cards early ( type of ) could make it even more interesting, but I like the idea overall and graphic style as well. Well done :)
Took me a couple turns to figure out how the combat worked, but after that was smooth sailing. I love the "pacifist" aspect of the battles, the simplistic hand draw art style gives the game a lot of charm and, combined the chill music, adds to the "non combativeness" of it all. the "bounciness" on the animation of the cards when mousing over them felt great. Would love to see this made on to a full release.
Glad you enjoyed! I don't think I'm gonna expand on this any time soon but when I get the itch to do a long term project this idea will definitely be on the list

Doing a card game in a limited time is super hard. Job well done. Like the upgrade cards. Tip: Try and explain the mechanics better on your page; it took me 2 tries.
Yeah I probably should explain it on the page, in the past I’ve done that and it didn’t really help many people so I’ve just assumed like nobody reads the page lol

Nice work on the entry. Got confused about how the game works to start with so feel a longer tutorial/explanation would be good for me, but other than that I really dig the audio-visual work. The drawn on art style looks very cool :)
Yeah sadly the tutorial was the biggest thing that I wasnt able to implement
I was a bit confused by how the reforge mechanic worked at first, overall fun but I wish there was more card variety in the starting deck or a quicker way to replace cards
Hmm maybe I could've let the player reforge twice, I was afraid of doing something like randomizing the starting hand and making the game impossible.

I was a little confused right at the start because I could drag the draw cards out but had to drag the persuade cards directly to the enemies. I think it'd be cool if I could just treat both of them like the draw cards and choose the targets after playing the card.
I really loved the music, kind of reminded me of the mii channel music. The upgrades are really satisfying. The game reminded of Dicey Dungeons. I think there's real promise here, I'd like to see the game expanded a little bit and you may have a steam release!

The game was fun! I had some problems with the mouse though, it was clicking all over the place. I would also recommend lowering the music a little bit. I also noticed some cards went black at times? I'm not sure if that was supposed to be part of the game or not, but it was a neat feature, wild card sort of thing.
The only thing I didn't like was the "finisher" card couldn't be played for some reason
Yeah the mouse sensitivity is weird on the web I've found so a downloaded version would probably be better. The black cards were a special move with the 3rd enemy, the idea with finisher was that it costed 4 so you needed to have one of the cards the give you more energy, glad you enjoyed!

Very enjoyable. I defeated the king and I'm glad. Jazz music Nintendo Wii like is very smooth and not boring at all. Maybe one of my prefer game for the moment. GG !

I love card games. the twist with persuading is nice, but to be honest I just blocked it out and concentrated on just winning the encounter. Playing those games I always think "oh that card would be a nice addition", but besides that is game is pretty fun

I didnt really understand how the game works, but I really loved the music and art style! Perhaps a better tutorial would solve my first problem :)
Yeah I got to a point where I knew I had to cut the tutorial in order to have enough for the game to be actually a game and I knew this would happen, where did you get confused so I could maybe add something in the description?
