Wow I love the graphics, they are soo unique! I haven't seen a game like it art wise, and definitely not in this game jam yet. If it's okay to ask, how did you achieve this look? Aside from the art, great selection of missions to pick from providing a nice variety. Awesome entry, great job!

I enjoyed this. I really liked the progression, kept me motivated to keep going and see how far I can go and how fast I can dig. I think for an improvement, it would have been nice to maybe pay to skip to a lower layer, as drilling through the same top layer was a bit tedious after a while. Nevertheless, this a good entry to the game jam, well done!

Nice entry, but I found it hard to kill fish with the knife which made the start pretty difficult. I did enjoy the variety of enemies and different upgrades though. Good job :)

I really like the concept idea, I think it's a cool interpretation of the theme. I thought the movement and controls were good but I felt the game lacked some animations to really bring it alive. Great job on the submission!

It's definitely a challenging game, but even after I died many times I still wanted to play again and again. The game controls well and the pixel art looks nice. Well done on the submission!

I like the pixel art and the flare mechanic is pretty cool. I wish there was some sound in the game though, and also wish I knew what the items in the shop did and how much they cost. I saw that it's written on the page, but it takes you out of the game a bit and sometimes it's hard to make out the item anyway. Regardless, good job for submitting!

Fantastic entry to the game jam. Love the atmosphere created with the music, dialogue and characters. The idea of diving into people's memories is also a brilliant take on the theme. Congratulations on a great submission!

Very nice original concept. Takes some skill for quick thinking and quick reactions to hit the ball in the correct place! There was one small glitch that I encountered, where the ball actually left the bounds of the game level and never came back which meant I had to restart. Other than that little blip, this is overall a nice entry to the game jam!

Amazing work on the presentation of the game! Looks fantastic and plays really well as a murder mystery. Loved the characters both in terms of their looks and what they had to say. One of the best games on here for sure. Massive well done!

Very unique take on the theme that I haven't come across yet in this game jam. To add to this, the game plays well and I dig the art style. The shift mechanic didn't come to me that easily at first, but I learned to use it eventually. Nice entry, well done.

Nice work on the entry. Got confused about how the game works to start with so feel a longer tutorial/explanation would be good for me, but other than that I really dig the audio-visual work. The drawn on art style looks very cool :)

Addictive gameplay loop! Would be nice to see my high score on screen during playtime so I have something to aim for, but otherwise it's a good entry. I also like the pixel art! Well done

Nice art style and cool 2.5D visuals, I like them a lot. Good variety of enemies with different behaviours, which is easily forgotten in a game jam with limited time however the game did feel slightly repetitive the more I played it. I think an indication of the floor level would have been nice as well. Nevertheless, this is a good entry overall! Nice work :)

Neat idea, well done on the entry. The pixel art is cool, but feel that the floor tiles at the start are too busy and clash with the bookcases. Hitboxes on the librarians could be polished too but these are small nit-picks from my end

I like the idea, but unfortunately I couldn't finish the game because I kept running out of fuel and I don't think the reset button was working. Congrats on completing your first game :)
