Nice little game with nice atmosphere. Little hard to control, but overall, a fun experience.

Very cool game, had fun playing it. Congrats on finishing it in time!

Everything was great. I do wish it were just a tad faster.

It's hard but in a good way!! :D Very impressed you made it all by yourself, would be an awesome mobile game. You code, do art, music, and audio? Fantastic. Also the title was giving My Little Pony in space lol. Very cool :) Love the art style.

Procedurally generated planets! Love it! And very accurate gravitational slingshots! Love space so love this game! Congrats!

pretty cool game, the coin audio peaks at the end making it a little unpleasant.

Developer

Thanks for playing! I only noticed the audio issue after the deadline, I apologise for all the affected ears.

Fun to play. Interesting idea. I would play on mobile. You can develop more and publish on play store. Good job!

Can you try and rate my game ?

Nice little arcade game! The mechanics feel smooth. Love it!

Graphics are great, loved the look and vibe of the arcade machine. Great choice of colour scheme for the main game, really nailed the aesthetic. Music complements the visuals nicely too.

Well done for getting some procedural generation done in the timeframe too.

For improvements, I'd mainly say just build upon what you have; add some more mechanics, variety in ships controls, something like that. Maybe a predicted position/orbit path - would help me stop crashing into planets ;)

Excellent and very polished submission. Congratulations!

Thanks! I really like the predicted position idea, I think the difficulty curve is a bit too harsh at the moment.

Pretty unique gameplay, well done.

This game is wonderful! Well done!

Damnn! I see what you did with the song. Love it. Good mechanics. Love the arcade vibe

I like the idea, the orbits are fun but I got a little lost when the spaceship got off the screen.

Surprisingly fun and addictive game, nicely done! I think adding some time pressure in the mix via something like a black hole that follows you could be a cool addition. I could totally see myself playing this one on the bus as is tough. ^^

Here’s my highscore so far:

I really understand what you wrote in your description with the overscoping problem. Always have the same "problem" :-D

So congrats, guess this time you really made an excellent job. Very awesome polished game mechanic. Also like, that you even took the planets mass into the gravity calculation. As soon as getting used to it, the ship can be perfectly controlled and the task is immediately clear, without any additional descriptions or so.

It's one of my favorites so far i guess :-)

Btw, my highscore so far is 5200 (no idea if that's good or bad)
