I think the the game fits the theme really well and i enjoyed the gameplay, but I would have liked to see the power used more through the game instead or just in the boss fight. i did find a few bugs, like you can sequence break and enter the boss room without getting the power. And if you spam your spear attack while standing behind the boss the knockback will send you through the doors and into the credits.

I love the concept and art, you outdid yourself and the game is very cutesy!

Only real problem is I think I sequence broke the game by a well placed ice bug blast in front of the yeti boss room. But you designed the boss so it could be beaten without geomancer abilities so it was alright.

Thank you, I'm happy you liked the concept and art.
We lack level design skills, we know some puzzles can be some tiles off or too easy, but we will improve it and fix it

That was really well done and polished, the mechanic was really interesting as well and it feels like a Zelda game, awesome!
It took me a while to figure what I was supposed to do during the yeti fight, but it was fun once you understood it

Developer

Our inspirations were old gameboy games like Zelda, I'm happy we manage to give that feeling.
Thank you for playing  ♥

Really liked it! Fits the jam's theme well and the Jeti boss fight was really creative. Took me a while to figure out what I was supposed to do which I liked. Good job!

So glad you liked it! I was worried that it no one would actually figure out how to beat the Yeti. I regret not having enough time to add a few puzzles where you learn how to use the fire / ice abilities before getting there.

Thanks for playing! We really appreciate it <3

REALLY COOL! The music immerges you in the atmosphere and the gameplay is fun an pleasant! Sometimes the SFX are a lil loud as mentioned by others, but other than that I found this game very intrigueing! Hope to see more from you :)

Developer

Thanks for playing! We are glad you enjoyed it.

I regret not spending the time to create an options page to adjust sound / music volume and dialog speed / size.

Nice game, love the music, pleasant to play and responds well. Wish the dialogue printing could be skipped by pressing  a key, as my potato PC dragged quite a bit in drawing the text. The SFX were a bit loud at places.

Developer

Thanks for playing! I regret not taking the time to add an options screen so you could adjust the music / SFX and dialogue speed.

Sorry it lagged on your PC! :(

We hope you enjoyed it otherwise <3

That was pretty fun, very zelda-like. I don't know, not much criticism I can think of. Also, I think you're supposed to kill the yeti in the end, I just clipped through the door with knockback 😂

Developer(+1)

Haha… oops. I had a little trouble with the knock back being finicky on the Yeti. I didn’t realize it could knock you out the back of the room :P

Thanks for playing! We’re glad you enjoyed it.

Very nice, reminded me of old zelda games.

Developer

Glad that it came across as an old school Zelda game. :) Thanks for playing!

Nice little polished game although a clearer idea of what's required would be good.

Developer

Thanks for playing! We hope you enjoyed it.

I agree. I regret not taking a little time to make a few more puzzles where you learn to absorb powers.
