It took me 113 seconds to finally catch the cat.

The feeling of not being able to catch the cat is very realistic!

Clicking the same box over and over is a bit tiring. I wish I could get the same effect by pressing and holding the box.

Sooo satisfying when I finally caught her! But it did take me a few minutes :D Really great job, considering this was made solo in 2 days?! Amazing stuff! Controls were easy to get to grips with, too. Overall, really enjoyed it :)

Simple and fun. Sometimes Willow has two hiding spots very close to each other, it could be corrected so that there is a minimum distance between the hiding spots to improve the gameplay, the music goes well with the gameplay

Great work for two days! Really liked the cat sounds and animation. After figuring out how the game worked it became really easy to get under 10 seconds, but still, I had fun!

I caught Willow in 44.49 seconds.
The game is actually good despite only having 2 days, it may be short but i didn't see any issue, you should add images of your game to get more exposition.
Good job!

Yeah, I plan to add that later after the jam ends. I got unexpectedly busy and did not have time for the menu and the itch page.

"This game was made in more or less 2 days solo so pardon the low quality." You will not be pardoned, the quality is great :D

You made wonderful pixel art and the music turns it into a sort of slapstick chase. And no I will not open the door again, Willow will stay in. As you said the game is based on a true story, I hope your cat doesn't run off too often!

Very impressive work especially in two days and solo to boot, keep it up.

Thanks! I really appreciate it. I was just a little disappointed since I joined the jam with over 3 days left but life said no, lol. Still glad people enjoyed the game (・∀・)

When I've read 'She may dodge so you may fail in catching her.' I thught it should not be that hard but man she is moving around! :D
Good idea with adding limited sprint

Fun game

The game is very good. Fun and simple. Nice graphics and not loud music. Good game.

Made me laugh. Simple and funny game.

I liked that you counted how many times I almost caught Willow, that helps to resolve the frustration once I realize that this is how the game works.
