Thanks so much for playing! We're working on a new build currently and are adjusting the balancing :) Appreciate the feedback!

Thank you so much!! :) <3

Thanks so much for playing! Noted on the default speed - we're working on a polished build with final assets currently :)

Thank you so much! I have to admit, Plants vs Zombies isn't one I've played, but will have to check this out now you've mentioned it! Thanks for playing :)

Appreciate the feedback :) We were fairly limited by time and scope (doing the jam around full-time work) so had to try and keep parts minimal, but we're working on a more polished build currently so will take this into account. Thanks for playing!

Thank you for playing and for these lovely comments! Will pass them onto our team. Good to know that the adjustments came in handy :D Appreciate the feedback!

Thank you so much for playing and leaving such lovely feedback! <3 Will pass on these comments to our wonderful team :))

We're working on a more polished build currently, and will update the page once voting ends!

Thank you so much for playing and leaving us feedback! 'Cosy with a chaotic edge' was the vibe. Totally not influenced by jam conditions, the overall theme, and real life experience of owning multiple needy plants... :D

Thanks so much for playing and leaving us this feedback! Great to know that the adjustments came in handy :)

'Cosy with a chaotic edge' was the vibe :D Thanks for playing! We're working on bug fixes currently, as well as getting final assets in for a new build once voting ends :)

It wouldn't be a jam game without some busted elements :D Thanks for letting us know! We're working on a polished build with final assets and bug fixes, and will upload after voting ends. Thanks for playing! :)

Thanks for checking it out, even if it's not your usual go-to :))

Hello, thanks for playing! When the Walkman pops up, it plays the recording for Tape 1 (the music with piano and cello); whilst this is playing for around 1 minute, you're unable to return to the tape selection menu. The intention is to listen to each recording after solving the puzzle, however we ran out of time to implement a 'skip' feature after a shorter period of time. Once the recording has finished, you'll be taken back to the tape selection menu and can choose the next tape!

The missing assets signposted to on this page showcases the tapes with labels, which contextualise the recordings you then hear for each tape. For example, Tape 1 and Tape 5 are both pieces of music :) I hope this helps! Thanks for playing our game and taking the time to comment. We plan to upload a new build fixing the known bugs and missing assets once voting closes!

This really means a lot, thank you! :) The team did indeed work very hard with limited availability to pull this off :D Thanks for playing and commenting!

Aw thank you so much for the kind words! 'Rewind' in this sense refers to listening to the tapes and discovering her Aunt's memories captured on cassette, so if you were able to hear the recordings, then you did successfully rewind! :D Thank you for playing!

Thanks so much for playing! Were you able to hear the recordings playing on the Walkman? :) Once you've completed the first tape's puzzle, you can move on to the next one!

After I don't know how many attempts, I finally made it to the end last week! (Completely forgot to comment until now, sorry!)

As Kai said, we definitely weren't getting competitive in our team... but I am the only one who made it to the end, I think :D Just saying! Great job and interpretation of theme :)

Totally forgot to comment after playing this last week! :D I really enjoyed it, and was determined to reach the end :D (and succeeded)

Really appreciated having the checkpoints, too :) Once I got used to the controls, I enjoyed the challenge. Great job!

Thanks so much for playing! :)

Thanks so much for playing! Chaotic, but cute is what we were aiming for :D

Thank you so much! We really appreciate your support :)

Not sure if I'm missing something, but when I reach the green squares, nothing happens :D and I can't go any further. From the looks of the comments, people have been able to progress, so I'd love to know if there's something I'm not getting! Thanks so much :)

I like the concept and the way Amoeba scales, making it harder to escape the police! Love the Pac-Man style white blood cells, too :D Best of luck!

Hello! Thanks so much for your lovely comment and for playing our game, as well as taking the time to check out the soundtrack! It means a lot :) We absolutely plan to upload a fixed build once new uploads are enabled, so please do come back later to check it out!

Hello! Thank you for playing and taking the time to comment! We're aware that the current build contains several bugs and missing parts of the game; unfortunately, we had some technical issues when uploading, which we ran out of time to fix properly before submissions closed </3 So we're really sorry about that! We worked so hard, but it's just one of those things.

We've added some images with the missing assets on the game page, as well as a link in the description to the missing soundtrack :) We hope this, together with the description, offers a strong idea of our overall vision! Once voting ends and uploads are enabled, we plan to upload a fixed build of the game containing all missing assets. Please do come back and check it out :) Thanks again!

Hello! Thanks so much for playing and for taking the time to leave us a comment and some feedback :) I'm so glad you can see what we were going for with this game! Since your comment, we have actually added a link to the missing soundtrack in the description as well as some images with missing assets, in case you're interested!

After voting ends and uploads are enabled again, we plan to release an updated build which fixes the issues present and showcases what we intended in the first place :) If you have the time, we'd love for you to come back and check it out!

DISCLAIMER: Current Build

Unfortunately, due to some technical issues, the uploaded WebGL build of our game isn't functioning as intended </3 We plan to share some videos and images on the game page to showcase our intended vision and missing assets as best we can. We hope you can still appreciate the hard work we put in this way :) Thank you!

This is super cute! Love the art style and animations, as well as the narrative element :) Really enjoyable, great job!

Sooo satisfying when I finally caught her! But it did take me a few minutes :D Really great job, considering this was made solo in 2 days?! Amazing stuff! Controls were easy to get to grips with, too. Overall, really enjoyed it :)

Love the visuals and music! I found the controls a little challenging (couldn't manage to dash in the intended direction easily, but maybe I'm missing something!) Really polished, considering the page said it was made in just 3 days?! Amazing job! :D

This was super cute! Love the art style and the sound design (particularly the soft little padding of Mama cat walking!)

The pesky kitten on top of the kitchen cupboards got me into debt by $404,864 before I finally retrieved them :D Great job, very enjoyable to play!

Thank you so much, I've passed your kind comments on to our talented artist and programmer :) Funnily enough, none of us have played WarioWare, so it's interesting that it's been mentioned a few times now! :D We'll definitely have to check it out and look for the similarities!

We'll be releasing an update once they're enabled again, so do check back if you're interested in playing a more polished version :) There were some levels we had to cut due to time, too. If we ever revisit those in future, we'll be sure to post a devlog update! Thanks so much for your feedback :)

Definitely chaotic :D Can't manage to win (yet), but I'll settle with 2nd place! Think my favourite aspect was the layering of all the meows, great job with the audio to add to the pacing!

Very much appreciated the pictures of Rockie to browse by clicking on the window! Great job, very satisfying to watch the earnings per second gradually tick up :)

Love 'Press E to meow'! :D The locked resolution made it a little difficult to see the whole of the playable area for me, maybe allowing the option for players to fullscreen from your project dashboard could help if others have similar issues? Really great job though, and congrats on participating in your first game jam! :)

Love the art and audio! This feels like a sneak-peek of what looks to be a super cute strategy / management game, with various different interesting features! Keep up the great work, I look forward to checking in later and seeing what's changed :)

Love the title! My highest score was 40 :D Definitely addictive, as I kept on trying! I think some added audio would give this game a big boost :) Also, for me, the enemies continued to speed up after each unsuccessful attempt, when resetting to try again. It would be good if they only sped up per round, after catching each laser dot! Overall though, great work :)

Thank you so much! I will pass on your comments to our lovely artist :)

Thank you so much! This was my first time working as the sole game designer (I'm usually writing / narrative focussed) and it was our wonderful artist's very first game jam ever! So your comments mean a lot :)

(The toilet paper level is my personal favourite, just because it's inspired by real events :D)
