Well done platformer! An interesting idea.
The only problem is the stairs, if you are at the very top and press "Up", then the character's animation works, and if you are on the stairs and press "Jump", he will rush upward with the sound of a constantly starting jump.
Good luck in development =)
CUTEST CHARACTER OF THE JAM!!! I don't know what it is, but I want one as a pet. If you sell plushies, I will buy one. The sound effects are cute too, my lord. Amazing creation!!
Very nice visuals, I would really like to know if there is a gameplay related mechanic that happens when you change the colors, overall very nice little polished game, well done!
Hey good start! I find the keyboard + mouse controls a bit overwhelming for my personal taste. Maybe it's just the use of the spacebar though. Mapping it to W would help me a lot! The ladders are buggy and hard to use.
The graphics are very charming and the game plays nice. It could've been a lot more polished by adding actual walking and ladder-climbing animations for the player and adding a full screen option, and removing the blur on the pixels etc. Good job, though! Rated!
thanks for the comment, well i got a little bug with the walk ani, and at the end try to complete the 10lvls and solve later the walk bug, but time got me e.e
but glad that you like it x3
Cute characters! Also red/orange is the only true Neon color. :) You made this within the game jam time period as well?
yes i started the production on saturday e.e, was thinking in what to do, and learning about the program to create this Demo x3
And yes i know about the colors, for this i decided to use some colors but i was thinking in use all the others colors like Helio, Xenon, etc.
im very excited to continue this project to be honest x3
Very nice! And yes you should continue development as you can learn more things along the way! And it's always good to keep going while you still have the drive.
