Atmosphere of the game is cool. You managed to capture the haunted mansion vibe very well. Background sound is too loud. There was a ghoul walking from the wall at the enterance of the 2nd floor corridor. But the animation plays in loop and it's very glitchy. You should find some ghost model and make it walk only once when you reach a certain point. Emily NPC talks to you when you approach Sam at the beginning. I couldn't solve the piano puzzle. I think it has something to do with  the hand standing on the stool but i just randomly pressed the piano keys. I couldn't see any hints in the room and Emily was'nt vert helpful either. She usually gave irrelevant answers to my questions. I liked that she spoke old english and in an elequent way as a 19th century lady though, Convai captured that very nicely. I didn't see much connection to jam's theme, this could be a good submission to horror jam like the upcoming Scream Jam though. I appreciate your work and wish you good luck on your future projects

Kept getting a convai errors sometimes, but was able to do some stuff. Fun concept!

It looks great and the mood is very spooky, made me feel like I was going through a haunted house at a fair. The music volume was a bit loud at times, couldn't hear what the NPC was saying sometimes. The music made it more oppressive than frightening. Then all sound suddenly stops after a couple of minutes. Almost made it more frightening then.

Had to restart twice in the music room, the piano interacted only with the player collider, not with the hand. Made it difficult to press less than 5 keys at a time. Couldn't find the solution. Possible that I just didn't get it though.
Same with the reading room, placed the books on the shelves, tried rearranging them but didn't get any feedback if I've done anything either wrong or correct. Still, might have just missed something...
Convai gave out error warnings every other sentence.

Good effort though! Very spooky! Would love to play it later if the bugs get ironed out!

thanks great feedback...yes you are right need to iron lots of things. The challenges I thought I made them to easy it turns out not ..lesson learned. I had to disable lots of plugins to fit in the upload size , but I think what messed it up is the custom clothes that I had reimported from blender to unreal ...then whole bunch of skeleton errors popped which I thought its not a problem but it seems that messed up a lots of things hence the errors...i am trying to figure it out .. 

ah and the piano what i did not try to set the collusion to work and couldn't ..but i had no choice but to leave it as had to complete all on time.

The game looks great with spooky mood lighting and music.  The chat bot clues were vague and it wasn't clear which items I could interact with, unfortunately.

Sorry, I tried to play it, but it was lagging so bad I couldn't.  My computer is getting on in years so that could be why it had problems, but I'm not sure.

I also used Convai, its really fun to see what kind of things the AI comes up with in conversations. I had the butler follow me all over the mansion but there were some system errors popping up in the conversation window throughout our conversation. Cool you got the action implementation working, I knew I wouldn't have enough time to implement it in mine so I built around that feature instead. The zombies were on a repeating loop, I couldn't interact with them or die? I picked up the hand from the pretty lady in the room and I could swing it around but I wasn't sure what to do with it.

It was supposed to be a lot spooky, but I reached to the last minute without even a scary thing and ended up with a zombie in a loop. the convai ai is pretty good but the errors yes they come from time to time , and sometime you are talking to the 3 of them but you are standing next to the butler .. i guess things need to be sorted out . And it seems I made the puzzles pretty hard : she was supposed to give you clues ..the piano room was actually lots of fun to do. I will play your game now !
