A gorgeously ethereal game! I'll admit I didn't have the patience to make it to the end, as I died twice on the hanging rope monsters, and it just takes too long to cross that rope to try again. 😢 But the presentation and sound design is amazing! My fight or flight response kicked in when I first heard that FNAF alarm ringing 😂 Excellent job!

Thanks a lot for trying out the game! There are secret bombs you can find that would help but I totally understand where you are coming from on the rope length. Try some of my other projects sometime, I cover a wide variety of genres and stuff, mostly horror!

Great game! I really like the style and the atmosphere of the game. Since the game is in full screen, I wish you would add some sort of escape button or key to quit the game, otherwise it's a bit annoying to have to use the task manager or something to quit the game.

Developer

alt+for would also close without task manager I believe, also a windowed version is available that can be x'd out with the mouse. I actually intentionally didn't Include a "press to close" option because I once got a complaint saying a person lost gameplay footage unexpectedly after the game closed at the end, so to fight this I figured I should skip adding that feature. Thanks a lot for playing and reviewing, try some of my other games sometime if you like!

The game environment really makes me feel like I'm being isolated in a large foggy place, although there were some glitches that when I blindly went to the area that is close to the walls and obvious map edges, the boat just kept being pushed back and somehow glitched inside the wall and almost can't get out.

And after that, I just knew that I have to follow those light orbs and I guess I have collected them all, seems like everyone who has put their head into their own hole is waiting the player to do this thing as well, to complete some sort of ritual or something, and it powers up the building?

The in-game cutscene is well done, though, good entry!

Yeah the boat had a few issues I couldn't quite figure out 100%
It's also a little open to interpretation as to what is happening, more focused on the feeling of being alone and stuff. Thanks a lot for trying it out though, appreciate the review!

This game definitely makes the player feel isolated in an eerie, strange, and surreal world. I was questioning what was going on with every step, and felt as if I was in someone else's nightmare. I did complete the game, though it did take a minute to realize the little lights guide you along the way. Overall, I can tell a lot of effort went into conveying a consistently strange and isolated feeling. Nice job!

Developer

Thank you so much for saying so! Glad you tried my game, if you have any spare time feel free to poke around my release library, hopefully you can find something else you like :D
