Nice game, good level design, easy difficulty, but fun. An arrow to the next object would have been nice. VeryGG!

The third stage seems impossible and the radios are very annoying. There's no challenge also. But it's a very good concept and for how it works it's great.

Thanks for the feedback. We will update the game, when rating us over. Unfortunately, our AI broke 3 hours before deadline. The guards should wander around and hunt you when they spot you. We had to deactivate it, because the game would keep crashing, but we wanted to at least show our concept.

Yeah, i think we need to add more feedback for the player in the last stage on what to do.

What were you supposed to do?

in the last level first you need to get the hacking upgrade in the left lower corner which allows you to hack walls with the zeros and ones on it. with that you can pass through the walls on the right of the map and allows you to reach the last upgrade which gives you an all new button on your HEC gadget

Would definitely have been a hitter with the AI working…. but the puzzles were good, and the idea was also pretty unique… Keep it up :) Also would love if you rate mine :)

Sorry to see that you ran into that last minute bug :(

I played through pretending that the guards would chase and I should turn off cameras before going into them and I can definitely see a lot of the cool stuff you intended.

Like leading the guards in the second level on a chase to get your hec and hiding in the garbage can to drop aggro.  The hacking puzzles are definitely interesting too, I could definitely see that getting really tense, quickly daisy chaining a FALSE statement over to a lock while getting chased for example.

I like the art style too, it reminds me of something I can't quite put my finger on.  I got as far as the third stage, I couldn't get the door on the far left to open, didn't seem like it would come up on my hec.

Thank you for your comment. The last minute bug really messed with the mechanics and stuff that worked the whole week wouldn't work all of a sudden.

Try walking away and back to the door, when it is set to false. Sometimes you have to walk outside and back inside of the trigger radius in order for it to recognize the false setting.

Did you understand right away what you needed to do in order to progress?

Yeah, I'd generally say that I understood my next steps reasonably well!  The hacking felt pretty intuitive and the maps are contained enough that I never felt lost.

I like the idea of “hacking the world”, reminds me of a PyGame a friend of mine made where you could edit parts of the game code while playing, for example you could change the gravity constant or adjust how collision worked. Needs a bit of polish but good job for a game jam!

Thanks a lot :)

Unfornutaley the AI of the guards broke 3 hours before the submission deadline and we weren't able to fix it in time. We will update the game as soon as we can make it
