What do you like about your game?
I tried rotoscoping for the first time. It was time consuming but I liked how it turned out.

Cool idea and pretty neat execution. I usually just smash all the buttons in fighting games XD so can't say much about fighting mechanics.

Nice aesthetic.
Pretty fun, good signalling and feedback.
one thing that held it back was having to push down in order to dash instead of just having dash mapped to a button. I think it would be easier to pick up that way.

Good job on doing the proper frame-per-frame animation and sticking with one style. Aestetics as a whole is pretty good. Controls need some getting used to, but it was quite pleasurable to get enemies stacked and then kill them with one strong attack. I didn't get to use much of the head-taking mechanics, was I supposed to? Did any of that got into this version?

Nice work! Really cool visual style and animations.

The combat feel is slick, I only found myself wishing it was a little more fleshed-out and a bit more balanced so that it stayed fresh for longer, because it feels like it's onto something good!

Since you asked for critical feedback, I felt the music was a bit of a weak point in terms of composition and production. I do love the style it's going for though! If you're looking for help with music, I'd be happy to see if I can contribute--let me know and we can get in touch.

I enjoyed playing that - entertaining and a good pace.

I liked the vector-style graphics and it's well presented. However, once it started to get a bit more tricky, it wouldn't let me complete the level (I think it was lvl 4 or 5?). I'd defeated all the enemies, but it didn't unlock the exit.

Still, I enjoyed the various moves you could make - good work.

Glad you liked it. I planned a boss fight for the fourth level but didn't have time to finish it.

I'm planning to update the game with a few more levels and any feedback post jam
