Very characterful! The swimming part gave me very strong Alex Kidd flashbacks.

A great little platformer! Short but fun. Graphics, sound, level design...everything is thoroughly thought through!

Just one little thing: contrary to the instructions, the start screen wouldn't accept the "start" button on my 360-type controller and required the A button instead. But that should be an easy fix!

Hey, fricochet, thanks for the kind words and bug report! Glad you enjoyed it :)

Lovely platformer! I included it in my A Game By It’s Cover 2018 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Developer

Thanks for the video, Jupi! Awesome work as always :)

great little game. been following your blog for ages :)

arrow keys for movement don't work on MacOS though :/

Developer

Thanks for the bug, Adam! I don't have a mac, so I couldn't test it properly :(

Do the WASD and/or gamepad controls still work?

Submitted

yep WASD worked no problem and the up arrow also worked as jump too. lol

Developer

I think the arrows were broken for everyone, not just Mac users. I've pushed a new build that fixes this, so everything should be okay now.

Thanks again for alerting me to the bug!

Just thought you'de like to know. Your blog is the reason I entered this AGBIC. Very inspiring stuff :)

Oh no! I'll take another look at it... It worked for me on Windows, but it may be a Mac-only bug... :(

And thanks for the kind words! :)
