I played this extremely close to midnight and it gave me more goosebumps than many dedicated horror games. Once the screaming beast turned and looked at me, I instinctively hit alt+f4 and cried in a corner. Would play again/10.

Hey Andy! Yes, stuff changes with the time of day. I'm so glad you got so much enjoyment out of it!
Also to reset your position there's a reset button and but I need to update it so it moves you back to the starting position. But if you go to C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/LocalLow/WolfyBytes/ChronomancyExperiment/ and delete "savedata.soul" that will reset you.
What a wonderful atmosphere. I'd love to see how it evolves, and maybe see how a narrative is implemented into this scenario.
After being late for church I returned to my giant hole where perhaps I will wait until night comes. Thanks for the candle!
Hey thanks for the tech support! I keep going back and I'm still in the hole, it is a strange psychological reminder and I keep thinking something will be different, but I guess that is the point I am finding in the game: the only way to get out of my hole is let go and delete the past, refresh anew.
Update: the clouds and sun rays looked nice from the hole today. The music was hopeful? Like maybe soon I'll have the strength to delete and reinstall what is important to me to get out of the hole. But I'm not ready yet, I still feel like I deserve to be here, like my choice to jump in the hole justifies me staying in it.
