I enjoyed how to story was developed in such a short time. Same goes for the characters. I played the game without knowing this was Elvis at first and it still got me hooked to him and made me wonder what's going on in his life. Standard point n' click design that was mostly well done. There were a few small logic leaps. The biggest being the guitar/safe as nothing really indicated that. I really enjoyed how detailed the pixel art was with good animation considering that this was a jam. Great music choice and decent use of SFX.

Best of luck!

Very polished, well made game! I included it in my $101 Adventure Challenge compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

I've seen it! Thanks for playing! (I was so bummed out when you didn't play it out to the end, it's really nice to see people playing it.)

And thanks for spreading the word!

I am sorry I didn't record playing it to the end. :/

This is an interesting subject and approach and makes for a fun game.

The art is quite good and does the job. It really shines when he looks in the mirror though. Those depictions are excellent.

The puzzle solutions are all pretty obvious, but they make logical sense and are tied tightly into the story. Perhaps if there were a few more red herrings it could make them more satisfying.

The music and sparse sound effects work well enough, although it might could do with a bit more sound design.

I can't think of anything major negative about this game. You might make the inventory more obvious though. It was a bit hard to find. Someone with less experience with adventure games than me would likely have even more difficulty with this. A bit more intricacy and fleshing out of the story may be called for, but it works as it is as well.

Although it was very short, this game was certainly fun to play.

Really liked the game overall.

I didn't see the inventory until pretty far in the game, and had a hard time finding the safe (I was trying to find a hidden spot on the wall >.>), but otherwise a nicely done point and click game. :)

Thank you very much moumix! Played little bit of your game yesterday, will continue today! Enjoying the ride thus far

That was a nice point-and-click. The cable was hard to see and the safe was placed in a weird spot, but other than that it's a decent game. The music is nice too.

Developer

Thanks! I was worried about the cable but the safe was intentional. I just wanted to get you of track because usually the safe would be behind the painting. I probably didn't give a good enough clue when the player looks at the place where the safe is though.
