I like the straightforward UI and the hand-drawn aesthetic is great! The game itself, you expect more branching and more choices. There were very few choices to make in this, with long segments where you're simply reading, which all leads to one conclusion. Also the lack of visual feedback tying to the events taking place makes you feel exterior to the narrative playing out. You don't see what puzzle the players are working on, for example, to give some context and shake up visual interest. It's a fun experiment to take the role of the escape room AI rather than being one of the people trying to escape. Ultimately it feels like an unfinished experience with limited replayability, but there's a lot of potential here.
