some thoughts:
uncommon hat: lucky dice item should add a flat chance to start getting rares even with uncommon hat (start at 0)
thunderbolt would be much more useful if it did a lot more damage a lot less frequently
new rare item: crits do AOE
if playerprojectiles get too big, they get blocked by the ground before getting fired
uncommon damage item has the wrong description (+2 instead of +4)
the cards shown at the bottom left should display tome-modified values accurately
