Small on Top is a game for this niche fetish of small doms and big bottoms. And if that's your thing, you'll love this one. Being a JRPG-style game with visual novel elements, this one is a bit different from what visual novel enthusiasts normally play. I find that the difficulty is fairly comfortable so that you can focus on the game's more risque content, which there is plenty of.
