Beautiful game about love, loss, grief, and friendship. The story made me feel more deeply than I think I've felt in a while - the scenario itself of struggling to come to terms with and accept the loss of someone you so deeply love, who you can never be with in the same way again really tugged on my heartstrings. The longing, the coping, and the pure grieving of it all brought me to tears.

The fact that Lake is a nonbinary main character who's on the asexual spectrum and has OCD (all things I can personally relate to and love to see written about) made it even better for me, to be honest. I was especially happy to see a nonbinary protagonist in a visual novel (or really any piece of media) for once when I just don't get to see that often.

But aside from just that, I also found myself drawn in by aspects of all of the other characters, and I liked the entire cast. In particular, Syun's issues with feeling like his art meant nothing and feeling like a mistake also hit me emotionally. And the support and community that Rikka, Kie, and Lion come to show Lake over time warmed my heart. Overall, I loved this game and was so happy to play it.
