Honestly, keep coming back to it despite the sexual parts, simply because I think the girl is cute and the gameplay is fun. The more self-aware she gets, the more attached you get. One moment, you go from thinking "Oh, this will be a quick one-off experience" and before you realize it, she's asking you for more headpats and telling you that she loves you. Suddenly, you're grinding for money to buy her the best stuff and all the clothes she could possibly have to keep her happy. If AI gets to this point, and we have robots like this in the future, I will absolutely fold under no pressure. I hear one good "I love you," and I'm over.
