Drillimation Systems rated PacMan Survivors

A browser game made in HTML5.

This is a poorly executed Asteroids clone that feels more like a tech demo than a finished game. Despite its name, it shares almost nothing with the iconic Pac-Man, instead playing like a generic game where you shoot at uninspired ghost sprites in a black void. It is plagued by severe technical issues, including a movement glitch that requires a full browser refresh to fix and a game-breaking speed bug that triggers upon death.

The production value is remarkably low, featuring a single, improperly looped music track and a complete lack of sound effects. Visually, the game can be described as a basic, unpolished mess with a user interface that overlaps and becomes unreadable on smaller screen sizes. Furthermore, the game is entirely in French with no localization options, leaving non-speakers in the dark.

While the concept of a Pac-Man-themed survival game is strong, it fails due to a lack of basic features and its misleading use of tags. It serves as a manual for indie developers on what not to do when creating a game.
