This game was a mixed bag for me, but I'll tentatively recommend it. I really enjoyed a lot about the characters, the art, the conversation, the coffee making recipes... it almost (almost!) had that feeling of a coffee shop AU in some mildly-fantastic world.

Where it dropped the ball for me was 1) its love of police, and 2) its interest in helping an overly controlling father. And there's no escaping those narratives as a player, and no subversion (as far as I played) by the creators of the game.
