It's always cool to see how a person's unique experiences effect their games and designs. 

MOSAIC is also a really cool initiative, I love to see it represented. It's easy to overlook really small supplements like this but as a GM, things like MOSAIC supplements have a much higher chance of actually being useful at the table.

I would do the layout a lot differently but maybe the current way is easier for some people to read.
