Fails to provide a completed product, as well as failing to provide documentation (a previous user commented on one of his packs asking for documentation and he claimed he would do it, 9 months ago as of this writing; but never did, and when I reached out to inquire about he instead harassed me for being American rather than taking accountability for his behavior).

Terrible experience, and fuck this guy.
