Nine Lives of Yoki

This game is super cute and charming. I really liked its aesthetic and overall design, and I see a lot of potential here, it’s always nice to see a NSFW platformer.

Ratings:

Visuals: 10/10

Extremely cute art, well-made animations, and a great overall presentation. The colors and design fit perfectly together, making the game very appealing.

Gameplay: 7.8/10

The gameplay is solid. While the controls aren’t 100% perfect yet, it’s clear the devs are improving them over time. I don’t see this as a major issue at all.

Story: ...

The game is still in its very early stages and currently has no story to speak of, so I won’t be rating this category.

H-Scenes: 9.8/10

The H-scenes are well-made, with good animation even if simple. (I’ve played version 0.6.6, I imagine they’re even better in 0.8.2, but I can’t comment on that yet.)

Audio: 5/10

The game has music and some sound effects, but there are no sounds in the H-scenes, which slightly breaks the immersion. However, since the game is so early in development, I’ll overlook this.

Replay Factor: 8/10

No issues here. The game isn’t overly difficult nor too easy, and replaying it is enjoyable. 

Final Thoughts:

 Overall, this game has enormous potential. I wish the devs all the best, and I’m looking forward to playing a more complete version in the future.
