A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android.

I intended to finish the vnover the course of a weekend and ended up reading all of it in one sitting on a Sunday. The story is such a journey from start to finish, and all the girlies are written with so much charm. Each of the three main girls have just something ever so slightly wrong with them yet it doesn't overtake the more sincere one-to-one moments with the protagonist. There's a really good balance of insane and sweet among all three and I love that all three of the main girls have a real--albeit very messy--friendship with one another, so they feel real, with real lived lives outside of the protag.

Speaking of the protag, I just love how despite Akira being more overtly chuuni, Adelle is full on emo chuuni with her brooding monologues. She is such a fun character who I can imagine being that one villain who joins the main party partway through the story.

The CGs are the real star of the show, and I'm planning on unlocking more in a second play through. The fanservice CGs are really fun, and the more absurd poses are just *chef's kiss* my pansexual gay heart cannot take it.

Visual novels aren't just about getting all the CGs, they're also about the writing. For the most part, the writing is really enjoyable. The emotional scenes are so sincere and impactful. You can feel the love from not just the characters, but from the dev too; the dev's love for telling this story and the care they have for each and every character shines through every little detail. However, there are moments in the writing where it does drag out a little too long--especially during some of Miriam's extra long scientific explanation. As someone who isn't afraid of long prose, I understand this is an easy way to convey Miriam's characterisation, however it can ruin the flow of the story at times. This also happens in the fight scenes where the tempo gets lost and can lead to a bit of confusion. But thankfully there is a thing called increasing text speed and a history log so that can solve that issue.

Overall, I love this game and it's criminal that it's free. Can't wait to see more of kolulu's future works!
