I grew up in the early 2000s in the space where a shred of individuality still lingers in the corners of the internet, but corporations are also putting their grubby little hands in it. As a kid, I loved the convenience their monopolies offered, but as I grew up, I realized what we have given up to corporations for those little bits of convenience.
I am now learning coding again and again and again, It took many so many tries and so many patient folks to teach me, and now doing my best to teach my friends too. Paying it forward, if you willl.
I will never regret the many frustrating nights and the trial and error and trial and error. I've only recently successfully made a couple of small programs. It's simple, it's not much, it's definitely buggy and incomplete, but it's mine and I'll never trade it for anything in the world.
Thank you so much for making this. It expressed so many of my feelings towards technology and technocapitalism. This made me want to continue creating, thank you, thank you, thank you.
