Suki-Hazuki rated Love Exalt 8372

A browser game made in HTML5.

Have you ever been curious what's on the mind of a character in a death game? Yeah! In Love Exalt it feels like the characters are given more depth for how their thoughts can be read at times... so characters who do not speak much or not at all are given a chance to convey what they're feeling or imply what they're planning!

I enjoyed the writing and the mini-games!
I love the paralanguage within the dialogues! the worldbuilding!
The character names are colored, so it kind of makes it easier for me to read it fast and retain the detail of who was speaking a certain line!

I encountered a few bugs but when I reported it, the developers fixed it!
The game is dialogue heavy! You might like it a lot if the lack of many in-game visuals does not hinder your immersion for it!

The character designs are quite unique, varied! One of the characters looked like her fashion is cyberpunk inspired! And I love how the anthropomorphism was handled! Their species are not that given much acknowledgement and that I believe helps make it less distracting! It kind of reminds me of how Night in the Woods was handled!

The game is yet to be fully finished and polished, and yet I had an endearing memorable experience playing this game!
