First off, pay attention to the trigger warnings, they're there for a reason. Still intrigued? I'd recommend trying the demo and, if that appeals, go for the game. This game goes hard.

It's rare to find a well-written game that's this long and complex and full of terrible, dark fun. Do you like yanderes? Do you have a strong stomach? Do you want to watch some truly unhinged characters make terrible choices and it all end horribly? 

In spite of the darkness, this game has some thoughtful and lovely moments. The dialogue is excellent and the post-game interviews with the characters are an inspired touch. 

I  will be eagerly awaiting Alexander's DLC and Remembrance.
