Very good Material + material function, Final result lives up to the expectations on what it is said to do.

Fairly easy to back-port the material to an older version of UE4. Material is Commented good, but the Material function within it, while organized neatly, can be improved with a couple of more comments.

Still one of the best Dither Material systems I have seen.
