Hello Everybody I'm New In Game Dev And I Want To Start From here, Well My Question Is About Game Income/Revenue

So If The Game Was Free What's The Average Incomes That People Can Donating For You (Single Game)

And If The Game Was Not Free Is The Average Income Well Be Good Enough For You As A Indie Game Dev

(Plz Don't Tell Me To Love Game Dev And To Be Patient Cause I Really Do Love The Game dev And Now I Guess To Think About Take It Seriously As A Job )

SO WHAT CAN YOU SAY ABOUT THAT

A GREAT THANKS TO YOU ALL

All I can say about that is, it depends. Nobody can tell you for sure. Your games will sell (or not) differently from anyone else's.

Make a game. Promote it. See what happens then. Make more games.

That's how it works for everyone. Some people get lucky, for others it remains a hobby, and nobody can promise you anything. So just try it and see.

Ok Seems Convinient Thanks For Your Opinion

I hope you don’t take this the wrong way, but (in my eyes) using IndieDev as a user/studio name is about as generic as naming yourself nobody in particular. Sticking with that name would make building a recognizable brand unnecessarily hard for yourself. Before you think about “average income” maybe spend some to time think about how you want to represent yourself (and your games) online. Maybe pitch some ideas to the friends who test your games for you.

I see. Just a heads-up: There is a one week cooldown period between name changes for an account, to prevent the feature from being abused.
