14 days ago I contacted support requesting custom css to be enabled for my account. As I have yet to recieve a response I'm wondering are support particularly busy at the moment or could something else have gone wrong?
Some time back there was the big bundle that Itch had, which created a lot of work for support. As a result it would take longer to respond to any request. This was a month or two ago, support is doing their best to bounce back to faster response times, but I’m not sure what’s the progress on that.
Me either, I'm sorry. Support was still backed up two weeks ago, but I haven't been given a status update since then. Was hoping the situation had improved.
