After a week game is still not indexed

It's a whole week now since I published my game: https://zionwarez.itch.io/seegurkotchi

I read all documents, incl Getting Indexed ect.

I sent an email to the support on saturday.

No answer, and still not indexed. If I search directly for my game, there are no results. If I search for my name, I only find my game from last year.

Any help - and getting indexed by any mod, if this is possible - is highly appreciated.

Until support answers, I notice something: when visiting your profile, the game has "-50%" written after the title, despite being a pay-what-you-want game. Double-check your price settings because they might be messed up for some reason and causing this problem.

Thank you for your fast answer!

Actually, I have a demo which is free of charge (or pay what you want, respectively). That's why I set the status.

Should I change it to "paid", even if there's a free demo?

Not sure if there’s any “strict” rule about it, but the ideal configuration would be to configure the game as paid. When uploading files, you can assign some of them as “This is a free demo” and they will appear properly on the game’s page.

Marking your game as free, when it’s not, is very confusing. I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of users were frustrated because of it, while searching for actual free games.

Also when replying to someone, make sure to click the “Reply” link at the bottom of their comment, that way they will get a notification and be able to reply back (if needed). :)

Thank you for your help :-)

Yes I found the "this is a demo" button :D

And yes I am quite new to itch, so thank you for explaining!
