Do people still play rpg maker 2003 games?

So I'm planning on making my first ever game on RPG Maker 2003 since i do not know how to code at all, and if was wondering if people still play games made on rpgm2k3 (or even use it to make games tbh)?

If not, what are some other good RPG makers that don't require  knowledge in coding?

In general, if you make something fun, people will play it. For a lot of users (including me) the final result is way more important than how it was made.

Especially if you have little or no experience in making games, I would say go for it. Making games of any kind gives valuable experience.

Thank you so much for your reply! Means alot!!

Also an open source alternative that's gaining popularity as of late is GB Studio. Seems very easy to use from the documentation.

Thanks! I'll look into it
