new user,  and i just purchased the "itch io bundle for racial justice and equality".
i don't see automatically the games in my user library even though i paid for the bundle from the same account.
the only way for me to make a game from the bundle to appear in the itch.io library is to go to the email link to a page where i can individually download games... manually adding 1332 games one after the other is insane - why cant i just have all these 1332 games to show up in my library ??

There is a link (assuming you linked the bundle to your account) you can view the bundle via Libraries > Purchases/Bundle > Then click the bundle.
From there at this time you can search up the game in question. There is also getting the Itch.io App but servers might be wonky and cause the download to say error instead. Thru the app you will have to go to the bundle's download page like you would in the browser. 

As for other news, I think an add all button is in the works. If you can wait say give or take a few days it might appear in the bundle downloads page. This is just an estimate / guess. No telling exactly when. 

The interface is nightmarishly bad.   I just resigned myself to going page by page a little more eery day until a Windows Update restarted my computer, adn now I can't tell from looking at the pages if I ahve downloaded the game already or not (it just says "Download" on all buttons) so now I'm lost and confused with it.  *modding Skyrim with 200 mods is simpler.* Give us a Downlaod All link, I'd rather have a full library and fish out what I want than to deal with this, especially through a glitchy app that has unexplained lag spikes.  Server load isn't even a real issue; most of these games are 200Mb or smaller.

When I go to Celeste's page, there's no indication that I own it. When I search Celeste in my library in the desktop app, there's no prompt to download it, only to buy it again. In fact, there's no way to even view the bundle in the desktop app short of copy and pasting the url repeatedly. I love the desktop app! I want to use it to manage my files.

i fully understand that this is not a normal situation for this website... but its 30 days past this bundle.... WHY can i not just press a button to add the whole thing to my library yet? this is absurd at this point.... unique situation or not, this is making me seriously question my usage of this platform in the future.... all i want is a way to make them all show up. without having to press download 30,000 times.... especially when i dont have room, nor the time to go through them all manually. this was the STUPIDEST decision they could have made imo.... the argument of people not wanting everything added is dumb as well, they could just search their library, like you are forcing us to search a seperate page..... at this point, they need to give us a time frame for this supposed button they are working on.

Just chiming in to say I still want a button that adds all these to my library. I use the desktop launcher and not being able to access these games without first going through the web browser, finding the game there, claiming it, then going back to the desktop launcher is insane. Itch.io support, please. Just give us a button.

Same here. I buy a lot of games on other platforms (gog, steam), so I could see it positive: itch.io saves me lots of money at the moment, because as long as I don't know which games I already have, I won't buy anything of course.

It was the first time I used itch.io and I'm quite devastated how bad the support is. The problem is not new, and it does not only affect single users. (Well only those who don't flood the server with scripts, it is, maybe most bundle-buyers did in the meantime so noone cares about the rest anymore). Even a "add evenrything from this page to the library" on every page would be far better than the shit this platform presents at the moment, thats only 60 clicks, not >1000

I have tried to used a chrome extension to queue the download and let them go while I'm away but only the first one downloaded, the other ones only downloaded a link to the page. Don't why, but if I had to guess I would say safety?

chiming in to add to the voices. really want an "add all" button to bundles so that I can use the desktop app as intended.

Yeah, some kind of sorting, tagging or categories would go a long way. Even if I could see all the games in the bundle in an alphabetical list would be nice, instead of having to see those 52 pages of randomly ordered games.

I also want the bundles to appear in my App-library. :(

So. .  . No add button yet? Today I remembered this bundle and I refuse to go through 60 pages of games clicking in every single one. . . . .

I also want this. I linked itch.io to GOG galaxy. I also tried itch.io's app. I don't have time to 1 by 1 download these. Even if they didn't want to allow a download all, could they add a "claim all"? That would put it in the app at least.
