whenever i download any game it always says its failed-forbidden

You are downloading it through your browser, correct? It might be easier to understand if you can include a screenshot if you are able and a better description of what you did exactly or how you tried to download.

i do download it on my bowser and sorry i cant give a screen shot and all i do is click down load it then download as normal it then downloads and when it is almost done it says network problem i click resume and then it gives me the forbidden scree

Hmm, what browser are you downloading from and was there any internet disconnect during the time of download. What happens when you download a game around a few megabytes?

im downloading it from google there is no internet problems except for that message before the failed forbidden and when i download a game with 7.78 megabytes it does the same thing

Still trying to understand what it looks like. Like where on the page does it say the error. Like a pop up or the small text near the bottom where download is with what message.
