The 403 Forbidden error happens when you try to use a download URL that has expired. The download URLs for files only are usable only few seconds after they are generated by our server. If you try to resume a download, or use third party download software then it will fail.
Either download the entire file immediately after clicking the “Download” button on our web interface, or use our app, which will let you pause and resume downloads.
