Bundle payment error

Hello , sorry for my bad english i dont speak english.

A few hours ago I bought the Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality. However Payment was made but I never received the games.

And I received the following message:


I have sent a message to support but it still does not respond, what can I do?

Support is likely backed up with requests. If you are insure if you bought the bundle or not, try checking with your payment company and see if the payment went through or not.

So this error is commonly associated with PayPal putting the purchase into a forced review period. In the past we’ve seen that the payment placed into hold for 24 hours before our system is notified that it’s complete. I don’t think there’s anything else we can do in at this time. If the payment is showing up as completed on your PayPal dashboard then you will get access to the bundle automatically after the the review process has completed.

Yes, the payment was made and deducted from my paypal account. I will wait for Paypal to give me an answer.

Hi, I'm in the same situation, but the bundle disappears in 16 hours, so will I still get the bundle? I'd really like to get it!

I don´t want to hijack this thread, but i´ve got a related problem. I bought the bundle and my account tells me i´ve bought it, but every game  and software  tells me i still have to buy it if i click on it. Please don´t tell me i HAVE to go over the bundle link and install everything from there, it´s like.. 57  pages? I went through that and put everything i want to play in a collection, but then it tells me to buy it again..
