I am completely ready to launch the first playable prototype of my game but my build is currently 1.05 GB, which just slightly exceeds the standard 1 GB upload limit.
I have already submitted an email request to support asking for a bump to 3 GB, but since this file size limit is the only thing currently blocking my launch schedule, I wanted to post here to kindly ask if someone could look into my ticket.

When you post here you are asking the community to help you, this is not a direct line of communication to site admins (that is support).
None of us here can help you with your ticket. The most that can happen is that the moderator will inform the administrator of your ticket number, but that won't necessarily get your case reviewed before its turn.
If I may suggest, while you wait, you should try using Butler. The upload limit is doubled when using that tool, but several people have reported being able to upload more than the 2 GB you'd theoretically have when using Butler compared to uploading games using the website.
