Indexing Problems

Hiya!

My game Warm Me Up was published on January 17, 2026,  but it still doesn't appear to be indexed/listed in itch.io search. As far as I can tell, I’ve satisfied the requirements that should allow it to be searchable. The page is published and public, has files attached, doesn't  have any restrictions enabled that would explain it being hidden from search. I've read all the guides, gone through other related posts, and I've tried the whole "wait and see" method.

I’ve emailed support twice about this issue: once in April (ticket #361639) and again last Thursday (ticket #379572). I haven’t received a response to either email, which is really frustrating. I’m not sure whether the game is stuck in review or there’s something on my end that I need to fix.

Could someone please look into this?

Thanks!

Adult content that collects payments is currently not eligible for indexing: https://itch.io/t/5149036/reindexing-adult-nsfw-content

Gotcha - thanks for clarifying. Just so I understand the next step correctly: if I switch the project pricing to "No Payments," will that make it eligible for indexing again? And once that change is made, do I need to request another indexing review, or will the project be automatically reconsidered?

If you meet the criteria the page will automatically be indexed. Thanks
